How to focus on your goals




1) Remove Distractions

2) Write down what you want to accomplish, both long term and short term.

3) When you set a goal, figure out how you are going to quantify success.

4. Feed Your Brain- Read the success stories for motivation, and read the downfalls for perspective.

6. Meditate

Take some time in the morning and at night before bed to quiet your mind and let the creativity come to you — instead of you relentlessly chasing it.It doesn’t take much.Just allow yourself to sit in silence for 5–10 minutes.
